The beginning of Stage 3 – The Calling leads you on a pathway of curiosity, exploration and higher knowing, bringing you closer to the fine tuning of your visionary expression. Stage 4 – The Commitment is when you no longer strive to deliver something greater than yourself (the mind) and you come into a higher realization of how you can contribute to the higher vision driving us all.
The Emerging Stages
Stage 3
The Calling
This is the stage of exploration and uncovering possibilities around your vision and true expression. The calling is strong enough for you to know you need to make a life change towards alignment. When you attain clarity, you start testing out your ideas with individuals or small groups that resonate.

Challenges
- Afraid to be seen and judged among peers the mask (slowly) comes off
- Seeks more aligned people in career network and has challenges finding them
- Puts out truth and vision without much resonance as to where the optimal network is or who the work is for
Opportunities
- Align with organizations that match own values even if continuing original career path
- Infuse some of the visions or ways of thinking into current job/business
- Bring more gifts into current work, even if the gifts are hidden
Stage 4
The Commitment
Your exploration has reached a deeper level and you now have some clarity about your vision, gifts and unique approach. You have some courage and credibility around your ideas and have already infused them into your work. More people resonate with you and you are committed to your path. The challenge now is facing your internal demons of fear, doubt and not being worthy.

- Embraces parts of old (known) to feel comfortable

Business/Career
Challenges
- Old career may still exist to support the visionary work’s emergence, which causes slight resentment
- Continues process of gaining clarity on vision and audience and how to present
- Presents & launches different offerings or products to find true alignment
– Deep shadows and insecurities come up in full force, blocking full expression of vision
– Confusion around exact audience can be constant
– Feels impatient to be out there fully expressing the message and vision
– May seek formal education in the area of the calling, as that way is known/traditional
Opportunities
- Allow the natural pace of development to take place without thinking something is wrong
- Learn several frameworks or models, then integrate and transcend them into their own uniqueness
- Continue with any healing and embodiment work needed to hold and support vision
- Be open to co-creations with other visionaries
- Continue testing out methods, models, and insights 1-on-1 or with small groups
