The importance of being a visionary now

Timing and readiness of society is integral to a vision successfully being adopted. Although there is an element of the personal embodiment of the visionary, external factors also influence the results.

We can look at past inventors, artists (Pablo Picasso) and visionary business leaders such as Thomas Ford who died before their vision was widely adopted. We can also look at books that were written long ago then published decades later due to the acceptance of the content (Outwitting the Devil – Napoleon Hill).

The time we are in now however, is shifting so quick and opening up so wide that visionary leadership is vital, if we want to live the change that we want to see.

In this week’s Moment of Inspiration I’ll highlight why it’s important for society to be a visionary right now.

1. Old structures need to be rebuilt by visionaries who take a holistic and connected approach

As the unraveling of the old continues to take place and transparency is shined upon what’s not in alignment to create a wholesome society, the opportunity to create the new opens up. This applies across all societal structures and sectors.
Now is the time to innovate and form a vision of what works for all in education, healthcare, business, leadership, sales, finance and all other areas.

2. There is more openness and receptivity to change now than ever before

The realization of the everyday person that we can’t continue on the path we are on and that change is something that can be more readily handled is growing.

Ideas that may not have worked a decade ago or even five years ago are now being more widely accepted and embraced.

The openness to contribute to living in harmony is spreading, so the opportunity to do so is being looked for in society. Could they be looking to contribute to your vision?

3. If you are called to innovate and evolve what already exists – now is ripe to create

Being a visionary doesn’t mean having to create something from scratch. There is a lot of opportunity to innovate and evolve existing structures and ways of being.

If the calling inside is present, don’t look to the past and what may or may not worked before. Focus on the now and how the vision wants to be expressed.

Soon the calling inside will be the natural choice forward as all distractions, should’s and have to’s drop away.

4. The collective is in the process of evolving and will be led by those focused on their own evolution

As reflected in The Visionary’s Journey the only way those leading collective change can be successful is by focusing on their own personal evolution. As we evolve as individuals – stepping closer to who we really are – the collective automatically evolves.

Our presence, commitment and journey towards truth lifts the whole. Our state of being lifts up the collective state of being. This focus heals the past both generational and across many lifetimes.

We become a living embodiment of what is to come – on a mass level.
