This morning when I logged into Facebook and browsed the promotional posts of coaches in a spiritual entrepreneur group, I noticed that not only did everyone look the same, they sounded the same. Not only that, their messages were well constructed to fit the current one-size-fits all model built around fear, scarcity and profit-first. After reading a few posts my energy dropped and I could feel the fear entity trying to reach me. Telling me ‘You’re a failure if you don’t know how to manifest xxx figures per month or year” (profit-first), or “If you don’t put out a free program packed with goodness then someone else will take your clients”(scarcity). There was also no originality in how people could sign up for their free course everyone offered the same thing – put an emoji in the comments section.
The truth is if you listen to every message and person claiming to be a success based on making xx figures you will be overwhelmed, thrown around in so many directions and ultimately be giving your power away. You will get more disconnected from purpose, cheapen your image, and ultimately delay your business success.
In a nutshell being a clone and copying others because they claim their one-size-fits model will work for you is not the successful approach for soul-based entrepreneurs. Why?
What’s not fully understood in the soul-based and conscious entrepreneur space is marketing and business tactics from the current paradigm of business don’t completely apply to us. They are built on fear, scarcity, profit first and competition. Although there are some valuable and important frameworks and ways to build business, if you are feeling any of the above feelings while making decisions and doing your work then beware.
If you are on purpose in your business and using intuition to lead the way you will feel empowered, trusting, loving, abundant, connected and that you are evolving and growing at your own pace. The right people (even coaches and courses) will come to you at the right time without you feeling overwhelmed or fearful. Each step will appear at the right time and the path of least resistance to evolve yourself and your business will be revealed like a golden light.
